1. Acceptance and service
Guitaverso is a guitar-learning and practice app developed under the Naveru name. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
2. Responsible use
Use Guitaverso lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, manipulate scores or rankings, access other people's accounts, or harm other users. Battle features and user-created content may be subject to additional rules shown in the app.
3. Learning content
Lessons, exercises, music tools, and audio-recognition results are provided for learning and practice. Note and chord detection may vary depending on your instrument, surroundings, microphone, and playing technique; we cannot guarantee perfect recognition in all conditions.
4. Content you create
You retain any rights you have in original content you create. You must have the right to enter and use any song, lyrics, tablature, or other material you use. Do not use the app to infringe copyright or distribute unauthorized material. Creating a tab does not transfer rights in someone else's work.
5. Free and Premium features
Guitaverso includes free and Premium features. The Beginner level contains 40 free lessons. Access to Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and certain Create tools may require Premium. Exact features, prices, billing periods, renewal, and terms are shown in Google Play before purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through Google Play and are also subject to the terms shown there. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play subscription settings. Deleting a Guitaverso account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an active subscription.
6. Account and sync
Some features require Google sign-in or an internet connection. You are responsible for using your own account and protecting access to your device and Google services. Sync may depend on external providers and connectivity.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, change, or remove features to maintain the service and fix issues. Online features may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, or third-party services.
